No one likes Kennedy. ‘cept for Willow … for some unknown reason. I think a better story would have been for Willow to not go after the next lesbian to show up in Sunnydale. It seems too often in TV shows when you have two homosexuals they have to get together. In real life they pick and choose because everyone does that. TV seems to think it needs to put the tokens in one bag. :p
I think Kennedy was probably the Slayer after Faith if Faith had died early – since she seems to be one of the oldest former Potentials. Most Slayers have a shelf life of one to two years it seems (before Faith, no Slayer in the series lived more than about a year before dying – and Faith almost died at the end of her first). If Faith had died back in 1999, Kennedy would probably have come. But now, I don’t know if she would or if the line would have jumped to a girl more about the right age – like Amanda or Vi or Rona or some girl we never saw cause the Bringers (or Caleb) killed them awhile ago.
I still vote for Amanda. I liked her. Vi of the hat is pretty cool too. 🙂

OK I just don’t like her. I want her gone. And I agree. Having Willow jump after the next lesbian that came to town was lame. Though actually it was slutty Kennedy who seduced Willow. Willow was still mourning Tara I thought. That’s the feelings I got at least.
I also don’t think that Willow is a full on lesbian. I think she could have easily gone back to being strait if the right guy had come. I loved her with Tara… but I don’t think she fits with Kennedy. And I still think Kennedy is too young… hello jailbait!
Amanda I like. I don’t know that I’d have wanted her to be the next slayer. Then she’d be more likely to die!

Yeah, I agree. I don’t think of Will as lesbian but a true bi (and not just everyone’s calling themselves bi to be cool cause it’s the “in thing”). I think she just likes certain people without gender preference. What would have been good was her to start getting close to Kennedy thinking she was the only other lesbian there and then found out she’s not really gay but just likes certain people and Ken isn’t one of them.
And I liked Tara too much. Kennedy so doesn’t hold a candle – literally since she’s not down with the Wicca. 🙂

I think you are right. I think that Willow just doesn’t notice the gender of a person. I think Tara herself attracted Willow, not the fact that Tara was male or female. I think your idea is great.
