I know for the rest of you it was Easter Sunday. This year Easter took a bit of a back seat as sir M’s birthday is the 27th. So we did a bunch of stuff for him. Took him to eat at some places of his choosing and took him shopping for presents. That whole thing.

What did he pick out yesterday? A Japaense learning software and some anime of course. Plus some various things at Target like the Cocoa Latte I’ve been wanting for a while now as well as some new sheets which we of course got the wrong size of. Guess I’m going back tomorrow for an exchange! LOL

So what did we do on a birthday Sunday/holiday? Mostly nothing. Watched some anime, talked, messed around with software, and he spent a great deal of time looking up kites on the internet. Yesterday we went to a big kite thing and he really had a good time and wants a kite. A good kite and not one of those chinky plastic jobs from Walmart or whatever. Last year we bought the boys nice kites and I guess now Sir Megabyte would like some of the same treatment.

He did find a darling dragonfly mini-kite for me. Only 10 bucks. Too bad they wre sold out! 😦

Yup… so that’s from the annals of the boring life with us! HAHA 🙂
