OK, I just watched Without a Trace. It is about a photographer who disappeared this week. He was investigating this company dumping waste during heavy rain. It is causing kids to get cancer. And they don’t want anyone to know.

Well, it made me thing, we get heavy rain here. We have that creek. And there will be waste from that tire store. They told the city they were only going to be a tire store. But they are a service center so they will do oil changes and transmission flushes and that sort of thing.

Well given the crud this guy has done. He brought in dirt that was not ecologically sound. EPA made him take it out and replace it. He didn’t cover worker’s comp for all the people on the building site. We found out and made him change that. He also cut the curb without permit and did some other underhanded stuff. Including touching OUR (the HOA) fence without our permission. First he removed a section before any construction started up and when we replaced it as we had no idea there was even to be construction… he CUT the fence.

So, what if he dumps his waste? EEEK. I mean, is it so farfetched to think he could dump? In our tiny already not right sewers? Or that creek?
