OK, a couple of weeks ago, I had to throw out another pair of Sir Megabyte’s pants. He wore them out. I tell you what that boy goes through more clothes than anyone. HAHA

So anyway I told him whenever he felt like he could go and get himself a pair to replace it. But he had a couple of reasons for holding off. Anyway tonight he came home and said that his suit jackets he had for church don’t fit any more so he wants to go looking for a new one. Erm, OK… where do we go? He had no clue. OK, dude you had some, where did you get them? Well off we go to Walmart (even though I’ve never seen anything like that there.) Big surprise nothing. However he did fine a pair of nice greenish slacks on sale so he snags them.

Next stop? Men’s warehouse. He tells the guy there what he’s looking for and the guy whips out three sports coats. Which really just looked like suit coats to me. Whatever. Maybe I just don’t know the differance.

One looked way too tweedy. So I gave it the 2 thumbs down. He tried on the other two. One was a three button one with pockets with no flaps and had HUGE shoulders. The other was 2 buttons smaller shoulders and the pockets had the little flaps over the top. I thought it looked much nicer. It was 140 marked down to 50!! WOOHOO. So now he has a new jacket. They even pressed it for him. What a nice store. She he went and hung it in his closet to keep it nice.

And he insisted on a new tie. The man is a tie nut. He has more ties than anyone I know. Which is funny because I’ve only seen him wear a tie to work when he was in the military and he worked in the admin office for a while. And then it was just a khaki uniform tie. But he has TONS of ties. But I let him get away with it. It is a really cool tie. Like red shiny stuff. He’s gonna look dashing first time he wears it. But I like men in suits. There’s something about a man in a tie. Yum. OK, shut up, I grew up with business folk! 🙂 Men in suits and ties are sexy. Mmmm. Ok, suddenly I can’t wait for Sunday. 🙂

Ok, so my husband got away with a whole new outfit. Grrr.. I’m going shopping this weekend, I want a whole new outfit. 🙂 HAHA
