First off when we left we don’t know if there was a fire, but there were a TON of fire trucks. Like a full truck, three cars, one pickup, and about three of those ambulance things. My gosh, they took up a lot of space. I took a picture out our back window. I’ll have to post it. Everything seems OK though. Guess I’ll find out though.

OK, we went to Verizon. I did not get one of those cool camera phones. Hubby was with me and thought it was not a good expense. It was only 40 bucks more. 😉 *SIGH* Oh well. I just want it for the geek factor. Technically with the laptop and the digi cam I should be able to load more… but how much easier is it to snap a picture and uplod to a moblog? HEHE OH well.

I ended up getting the Audiovox 8600. It does not take pictures but it will accept picture text messages. Cool! And it has some really neat ringers and a colour screen. Now i have to go in and program the farking thing. HAHA. *SIGH* And learn how to use it. How do I put pictures on it? I want to put a cool background on it.

I almost went for the camera phone anyway just because the screen was a little larger.

The nice thing was that I did get a leather carry case for it, a car charger, and a handsfree set. So that’s nice! I ended up only spending 50 bucks so that’s not too bad. Woohoo.

I can have picture caller id. I can have different ringers for certain people. (Mom already has her own ringer) I am having fun setting stuff. And learning stuff. 🙂

OK, back to programming the phone! WOOHOO Except I’m cold and hungry. ARGH.
