We had fish and rice tonight for dinner. I haven’t cooked fish in ages. I love fish. And of course Sir Megabyte doesn’t like anything that isn’t like Captain D’s or a fishstick or something. Bleh. This was italian seasoned fillets. And boy were they tasty. And even better? I was daring again and used my toaster oven!! That was REALLY cool. HEHE

The boys loved it. They raved and raved. They chose the fish for dinner and they loved it so much and all I heard was “Mommy when can we have fish again?” Uh oh Daddy!!

For desert I made them milkshakes. And they wanted the mint chip so I gave them that. Once more… rave rave rave. So I was informed we would just have to make sure we got the stuff to make milkshakes when we move to Virginia so Daddy could try them because he wouldn’t believe how good they are!! LOL. Kids! They are so funny. I guess they forgot that Daddy makes the yummy milkshakes with the “SECRET INGREDIENT”

Can I say? Kids = too cute!!
