I do want to point out that I have had water standing in the yards behind my house with no flooding. I have pictures of it. The streets were flooded and my basement was dry as could be. Then the tire store went up and it rained half as much and my basement flooded. Just something that I thought I would share.

Is there something that could have happened? I mean I don’t want to harp on the evil tire store and all… but…. all I gotta say is “Huh…”
