Been playing some more. Got really daring check it out.

I tried to make it all wobbly edged again. And I did the border again. This time I didn’t square background instead did a gradient type thing. And then I did a rainbow gradient text. But I also threw in a heart from my paintbrushes in the corner. I’ve seen several people do that and it is neat.
I’d like to figure out how to do a “ragged” edge but haven’t figured that out yet. Oh this time instead of using the lasso I did all my selecting with masking.
The other thing I’d like to do is figure out just how to animate with photoshop. So far it is a big fat “HUH” I’ve gone into the way you do that but forget it… i could not seem to get it to work. I think I definately need a book! 🙂
But I’m spreading my wings… 🙂 I have more to make… but now I need to make dinner, clean, finish laundry, and pack! ACK!

eating while running can be such a drag. we have managed to cut how much we eat out (yes, thanks to flylady) by planning our meals a little better. my biggest gripe is that when i do eat out, i want it to be something special, or at least delicious.. and that is not possible, lol. i have nothing but complaints for every restaurant in town. argggg! ya know, if i am gonna eat out once a week, i want it to be nice.. oh well, lol. i always try to coerce my sister, who lives in houston, to bring us something great when she visits, rofl. it never works.

i’m just as lazy, so i can’t talk, but i have a problem with the ‘healthy menu’ items. it’s just like me to bitch, i know, but they always look crappy and taste like poo. i would rather prepare almost anything that being assured of my dinner tasting foul, or wondering about the ‘not’-hygenic conditions. *snarks on mcD’s*

Yeah but I’m lazy about cooking because I get so farking frustrated. So hard when you are trying to not make the same crap once more but no one wants you to make anything new.
McD’s is EVIL.

*worked there* i’m telling ya, i have a lazy attitude about everything [i can’t remember when the ‘shiny’ rubbed off of my ‘new attitude, call it a slump]. in other words, if it’s not fast, and delicious, i won’t even try to cook it. what do they like? *asked a significant question all of a sudden* rofl

Re: another evil institution!!
You get that lazy attitude everywhere here. I hate it. I have pretty much stopped going to Walmart because of the idiots there. “Where’s stationary?” “Duh… i dunno” and they scan like one item a minute. maybe. There’s no sense of work pride here.
what does my fam like? Well the kids live virtually anything. I like virtually anything as long as it is not cow meat (though I eat it) and I’m not hip on the condiments idea… not a fan of mayo or mustard or whatever.
Then you get into my husband.. *SIGH* it’s more like “Just list what he WILL eat… it’s shorter” HAHA

iwell, see now, the laziness i have never exerted itself at work too much. that’s what makes me mad about some people, today, when i worked, i smiled constantly, and was as helpful as i could be every time. it’s called work ethic, people piss me off, lol.
like making lists of things i enjoy, it makes it easier to prepare what i find tasty, and willing to eat on a regular basis. like BLT’s, those always get my vote. rofl @ him, what will he eat???? LOL then we throw in the occasional roast or soup, spaghetti, etc. i made pancakes today, w00t!! i could only eat two, but they were great. even hubby could only eat 3!

Re: another evil institution!!
I know, what happened to work ethic? I mean even when I was pissed off and not wanting to be at work and some idiot would walk in and go “So like, what do you serve?” Did I snap and go “Yo, it’s KFC and that’s a whole ton of chicken behind me you farking retard?” No… I smiled sweetly and said “Well we have original recipie and we have extra crispy. Would you like a three piece meal sir?” Then after the idiot left I’d snark it up. But while he was there? He got expedient smiley service.
pancakes are good. They are like the perfect food. I mean you can eat them for lunch. For dinner. And of course for breakfast. And depending on what type… they make a dang good snack. It’s like a multipurpose food. You can eat it plane with no plate. You can put fruit on it. Syrup. Chocolate. It all rules.
My husband is soooo picky. He’ll eat like helper… he’ll eat pork chops made one way, he’ll eat spaghetti, lasagna but only with cottage cheese no ricatta cheese, tacos and burritos but only burriots from taco hell. He’ll eat shrimp but only made at a restaurant. Unless it is shrimp fried rice. Which by the way the only japanese/chinese food he eats is shrimp or steak fried rice. He only eats fish if it is like fish sticks or Captain D’s. So like chicken mcnugged version of fish. He won’t eat any sausage but breakfast sausage and then it has to be like one type. You getting the picture? There’s also no anything white and creamy of any sort. No cream cheese, mayo, ranch dressing, etc. No “funky” sauces either like sweet and sour, terryoki, etc.

LOL at your hubby, that is plain hilarious. at least he likes fish sticks, my man thinks they suck, too, rofl. he sounds hard to cook and/or shop for, lol

Ahh you must have worked food and beverage, the most heinous thing ever. ROFL.
Mmmm pancakes. Make up a big batch and then freeze the leftovers for quick toaster snacks. 🙂 That’s what we used to do. Now our batch barely feeds us. My kids think they are 16 or something the way they eat!!
My husband is a pain. Every so often I get tired of the fight so make him take on that role. He gets crabby after about a week of it though. HAHA

some of my best work was in food/service. and i really believed in providing the best service i could. people notice. even just in my daily life, the cook at a pretty decent new burger joint, picture marble floors, and blue bell ice cream. anyhoo, he is like, you are just smiling everytime you come in here. how hard is it too smile? gahhh! and when you ask people how their doing, mean it! gahhh! rofl. ah well, every job is boring sometimes, or hard.
i made a roast yesterday, pork with potatoes and carrots (wahhhh @ the carrots going so fast). double yay for not having to cook tonight. though i may have it tomorrow and fry up fish and fries tonight. either way, whoo hooo, lol.
it has me wondering what sort of diet he would be happy with, like what would he be willing to eat regularly? not that you want to make the same thing every week, but scheduling it out and timing it would handle some meals according to what he might eat. like, i love eating less meat (thought i really enjoy my steak, don’t get me wrong) we will have meat-free dishes a great majority of the time but i know after about two days, he is going to be wanting some protein. also, to try and improve our metabolism, heaviest meal earlier in the day. what i have the most trouble sticking to is no food right before bed. i always give my self a snack right at bed time. me-OW. lol.

I always tried to be good at work at KFC. I mean I’d have bad days too, just how it goes, but when working I tried to be nice. But it is heinous because you deal with some total freaks. I’m not kidding when I would say people would come in and ask what we serve. I mean I’m standing there with all this chicken behind me. What do you think? And worse, you see them park and they come in and ask where the nearest gas station or hotel is. Hotel was on her left, gas on our right.
Anyway… 🙂

well, and there is just a certain way you act at work. people these days act like they have no manners at all. a while back, a young woman yelled at me from the back of the burger king about what i wanted. i was like, yes, i’m standing here at the counter, and i wouldn’t be here if i didn’t need something. i wanted to holler, git your ass up here so i can talk to you, rofl. of course, i didn’t. i think my disgusted look said enough. just ill mannered people around here *blames it on being raised in the woods*
