The story of my life this week!

We rose (but not shining) to a day where the sun also did not shine. Gloomy skies followed us to the hospital where we had Caramon’s EKG/Echo. Things went well. I’ll suppose I’ll hear like next week. Tomorrow is the CT.

I gave out some of the pictures I had taken last time. I’ll hand out the rest tomorrow when I’m there killing time during the CT.

I arranged for Caroline’s mum to take care of Joram for the bus tomorrow. That’s good. While there I asked her about the motorcycle situation. She and her husband are in the car business. Turns out this guy really doesn’t have a leg to stand on. There was no agreement for storage so he can’t charge us a dime. So we need to contact him, express our desire to get the bike. Following that if he does not comply I use the title and contact the sherriff here and he’ll contact the one up there in Ashland. They’ll “investigate” and should that still not pan out, then we file a report for stolen. At that point the police will take a warrant and take possession of the bike. I hope that it does not come to that though.

She did ask for the title, so she could run a check on it. Apparently there’s some stuff you can do that would be a major pain in the arse, but you can do stuff. So she wanted to check to make sure it was clean. It was. But of course that sent me in a flurry to find it. I thought that and the birth certs and stuff were in my file box. Had totally forgotten I had put all in a file folder and secured in my car next to my seat and the center console. Bwahahaha… i went nuts ripping the place apart! Duh me.

This afternoon I had a photo shoot. Took almost 100 pictures of my friend, Lynda. She’s pretty, but my golly she put on some evening gowns and was simply stunning. She’s from Nigeria. And needless to say, not to toot my own horn, but some of those photographs turned out fabulous! I am going to have to print a few out for my portfolio. Just not sure which ones. She liked half of them. I think at least a dozen or more were really great.

This evening I took the boys to the book faire at school. We won a “raffle” of sorts and were able to hold yet another faire. It’s the end of year one that scholastic does trying to clean the stock. Buy one get one free! And major markdowns! I picked up 10 Goosebump books for the boys! They were marked at $1 each but since it was buy one get one free I only paid 5 bucks for the lot of 10! Holy guacamole, Batman! I also bought some others. Something close to 25 books and I spent 30. Shhh not supposed to be spending money. But I hadn’t spent as much as I had budgeted at the spring faire due to this one coming in. So now we have plenty of summer reading for the boys. This is definately going to be good for Grandma’s house.

Following that I ran us to Skyline Chili. Yum! Greek chili! I felt sick and headachey and blah. Didn’t feel like cooking, frankly. So decided to cheat. It’s cheap and yummy. Tonight was just mainly attempt to clean up the giant mess I made with paperwork and do dishes and etc etc.
