Today not so much.
Of course no sleep… I suddenly got tired but just tossed and turned. *SIGH* Now i have a ton of stuff to do and I’m just tired as anything. UGH!
OK… time to get busy. I didn’t start my laundry last night so now I’ve got to race to do it. Need to get to work! I want to print off a couple of pictures for my portfolio. I still need to pack a couple of things. Plus of course making sure my house is clean clean clean. EEEP. Lots to do! Shouldn’t take very long though.
And of course, I’m so sorry jeckasue I still haven’t transcribed. Ugh… I promise to work on this… at some point. I swear I will. It’s just crunch time for me. I’m sure she understands though. It’s good that she’s a wonderful friend.
If I get ANY time, I have two classes for that photoshop thing… I’ll try to take care of those… that’ll really probably come next week though. HEHE.
Oh and speaking of photoshop, yesterday I went to Microcenter and my pal who works there gave me a couple of his old Photoshop 6 books. Yay! So I’ll have those now. WOOOT. While there I had to make a purchase though. They had a NICE tripod… a real steady and tall one by Samsonite. I can’t put it in my purse like the one i have now but it is a lot sturdier and as I said it is tall so that’s nice. Kind of frustrating to take portraits when your camera only sits at like four foot six (or whatever never actually measured) and your subject is like five foot eight! HAHA But anyway, this thing was on sale for 7 bucks! I couldn’t pass THAT up!
Of course no time today… but if I did I’d go try to shoot some landscapes. Maybe this weekend?

hey oz!
have you tried melatonin for the sleep issues?
I think you can find it at like health food stores and such. Just an idea.

Re: hey oz!
I take Xanex for my sleep issues. Went on it last summer because sleep issues were contributing to break through depression (depression breaking through the meds I was on – which have since changed). I kept taking it because I quickly discovered that a lot of my nasty muscle tension headaches disappeared because I was sleeping better. But I’ve heard a lot of people get benefits off of melatonin for sleep issues and wanted you to be aware of it. I hate seeing people suffering from sleep problems because I know first hand how ucky it can be.

Hmmm maybe my headaches would let up if I slept more 😉 Problem is I get headaches at the drop of a hat anyway. I’m light sensitive so there are days that will trigger it. I’m heat sensitive so that will trigger it. Tiredness will trigger it. Noise will trigger it. I’ve yet to find something that won’t at some point trigger it. *SIGH*
I generally have sleep problems but it is dealable, but it has been extreme lately. I’ll do better once the move is over. 🙂

muscle tension headaches. sinus headaches. And recently – low blood pressure headaches. and don’t forget I need to each low blood sugar headaches. blearg.
And I bet some of your headaches would ease.
My favorite question at the doctor’s office is “any headaches” – me response – yeah but I can’t tell you if their some of the ones I normally get or something new. sheeeeeeeeeesh.

Geeze low bloodpressure too? I get it when my sugar levels drop. Of course I have very low iron naturally as well. My body if fruity. HAHA
HAHA My doctor never asks about headaches and generally I’m not headachey when there. Kind of like the cramps… I get the bad ones and I think “next trip to doc… I’m asking” and then next trip to doc… forget. DUH
