OK, after much fiddling and web surfing, Sir Megabyte decided he didn’t want to waste any more time. Surely there is a way (still looking for ideas), but he wanted to give it a go. So he crawled under the house and ran a cable, so the two wireless routers are hooked up via ethernet ports. He has the XBox plugged into our router (the secondary “slave” router) via ethernet port. However, for some reason my laptop can’t access anything if it goes off of our router. How odd. So we must still work out the kinks apparently.

He filled out the info for the Xbox live so now he has an account. I guess I’ll need to get his password or buy the stuff to make my own account. We don’t have many live capable games, but if you Xbox live, let me know. πŸ™‚ I am planning on getting Halo 2 so woohooo there… Just trying to figure out how to sacrifice the 55 bucks for it. Le sigh… Surely I can afford it, right? *GRINS* Along with everything else? I just feel guilty because at the time this comes out is when I’m generally saving money for big Christmas Splurge on the kids, not on myself.

So at any rate… this is what happened last night while I went to dinner with a friend. I don’t think he’s even tried live gaming yet… HEHE I haven’t as he’s been playing Rainbox 6.
