I started some stew, went and voted, waited forever, then went to my friend’s house. She’s got three kids so the children all played and we were able to knit. Boy I whipped out a lot on my new knit project. Yay! She liked what I was working on. She is working on a poncho that looks great. She got a lot of done on this poncho. Hopefully she’ll finish it up in no time! The kids all wore each other out so that was great as well! We came home this evening and had our yummy stew (mmmm stew!) and hunkered in for election night.

We watched the SNL show from last night we’d recorded and have been watching the polls. It’s all Ohio baby. That state has been sticking right with the breakdown of the nation. If you see a sudden surge for Kerry, it’s gonna happen nationwide. We’re real close at this point with a slight Bush lead. Amazing!

I’ll be up for quite some time I’m sure watching this… I’ve got myself totally set up on the sofa… let’s see what happens.

It’s been a good day… I think I’ll pull out my knitting and just watch the coverage and chat with anyone who IMs me!
