Just got home and rifled through photos! Here’s how things went today!

8:00 Wake up and get Joram ready for school and shower
8:16 Get ready to send Joram to the bus and realize he can’t find his homework… again.
8:30 Joram is off to school, I have directions to where I’m going and Caramon has found Joram’s homework
8:40 Drop off Joram’s homework at the school
10:10 Finally am parked and inside and trying to find my way to where we are going
10:30 Realize the woman next to me lives a mile from us. Her daughter is in the same grade as Caramon at his school but in another teacher’s class. You HAVE to be kidding me! LOL She had ALL
11:00 Am done with Caramon’s appointment. All is well but they are planning a CT and etc in the beginning of January. They think all is fine however they want to go ahead and do this since he’s a new patient. And I have to go INTO DC for that, and no… not a metro stop away. Gah.
11:05 Caramon puts on his brand new Live Strong bracelet they gave hm at the clinic.
11:30 Hit Microcenter to make a return
1:15 Leave Microcenter. There were issues with the return. I must get something and go back to attempt this return another day.
2:00 Am almost back to our town and we are starving. Hubby calls and evening plans are totally changed.
2:25 Caramon and I are scarfing food and have tanked up the car. We head to the school.
2:40 We’ve checked Joram out early and are back in the car and headed north again.
4:00 We park at Pentagon Mall. Hubby calls and needs another hour so we are to waste time.
5:30 We’re no closer to a present for my mum and I’m frustrated because the boys are a giant bundle of energy.
5:45 We meet up with hubby who’s finally done.
6:15 We’re almost done eating dinner and gearing up for the trip into the city.
7:00 We’ve figured out the metro (Yeah you’d think this is easy but not everyone listens.) and have made it to our metro stop. We walk outside.
7:02 We are happy because the metro is RIGHT where we wanted to be, the Old Post Office Pavillion! Yay!
7:04 Upset. They closed at 7:00. AUGHHHH! Missed it by THAT much! So no Candlelighter’s tree. Dangit
7:05 Fine. I’ll start taking pictures. So THERE. It’s a cool looking area.
7:10 Am happy, figured the white balance for night shots/light shots! Finally! Do a happy dance on the streets of DC
7:15 And we’re walking… we’re walking…
8:00 We’re at the elipse and taking pictures and checking out the main tree and all the state trees! And we’re cold

Busy? Yes! We get home around 10:30/11:00! Whew. I then pulled out the camera… 150 pictures! YIPES. Well I dump the riff raff. Got it down to like 76. Can’t decide what to put to moblog. So I think I’ll go ahead and do them all. Why not? *ROFL* Oh yeah and it looks like I have 80 odd emails from TA to go through… riiiiiight.

Whew.

OK… gonna go post pictures! 🙂 BTW My feet hurt!
