I just got a call from our realtor! She says the showings have started again and things are picking up! She’s already got another open house planned as well! WOOHOO. She did have one showing who said that while they liked the house, they preferred the older neighbourhoods with larger trees. Hey, I’ve got not one, not two, but THREE large trees on the property line! *GRINS*
Anyway, just excited. Ignore me while I do the happy dance! Here’s hoping for some good news SOOOOOOOOOOOOOON! WOOT.

If it matters, my realtor seems perky, upbeat, and confident!!! And the fact she said she’s had showings has really made me happy. Means people are getting out and looking again! She said all that snow really made things slow to a crawl when I talked to her last month. I was starting to get really discouraged.
OK, so everything think the good positive thoughts and vibes and send them towards my house in Ohio!
So on the remaining positive note, if my house does go into contract this spring, and all goes well, then I should be able to start looking for a place this summer and by the new school year be moving into where ever we find!!

So they say, I listed it last February and nothing happened. But the economy is even more on the rize, even there. So *HOPE HOPE HOPE* Thanks for the good thoughts and hopes and those crossed fingers!! ((HUGS))
