So what will be the new Friday in the fall?
As I sit here and catch up on JAG so I can watch the finale… I am realizing just how many things are going away. This season showed an intense Friday for tv watching. It was the new Tuesday with several time slots with three things on! Check this out:
7 Andromeda — Usually you don’t have something at 7 and this is a great show though weird this season and this is the last season.
8 Enterprise — Putting it up against Stargate was moronic. Putting it up against Joan was moronic. I blame the murder of Enterprise and the Star Trek franchise on UPN and their idiot moves.
8 Stargate SG1 — Rock on, still going strong. Been there from the beginning, Fridays at 10 on Showtime and I’ll follow it on next season. One of the only things coming back!
8 Joan of Arcadia — It’s on the bubble and frankly the end of this season has stunk so grrrr.
8 What I like about You — Hey I like fun little sitcoms. 🙂
9 JAG — 10 years later… will we finally have Harm and Mac really hooking up? Mmmmm… Not coming back… end of a lifetime.
9 Atlantis — Thankfully coming back! Awesome show!
9 Reba — See What I like about you.
10 Medical Investigation — Dead… too bad, I like watching disease on TV. Outbreak each week is definately fun!
10 Numb3rs — Gosh I hope it comes back.. awesome!
What is that, 10 shows?
Please TV Gods… don’t leave me with nothing to watch BUT Cyborgs Attack? That’s just too torturous… It was fun to mock while other stuff was in repeats but to be forced to because there is literally nothing else on??? Hello new torture for political prisoners. Cruel and unusual punishment.
Now i have to go catch up on JAG. I fell behind being gone.

THat’s on Tuesday. Actually, I know it is on the bubble and Amy B is having a baby and etc… but I really like this possible theme for next year with her all being DC-bound. I think it could be cool. I hope JA comes back next year. If you notice all the stuff I mentioned was on Friday nights. 🙂 Tuesdays are fairly barren these days… so I really hope Amy comes back!

They probably said: “Hey, what’s that show everyone’s talking about? Oh, yeah! Firefly! It’s not on at 8:00pm Fridays anymore… so let’s put it on during that time!”
And I still don’t get all the hate against BSG but… to each their own…

Oh and the hate against Cyborgs Attack, it is just because there was so much potential and people screwed up big time. So much potential… and we expected a lot… hello look how excellent Farscape was… and that’s what we got… oh well, what did we expect after Tremors? That was the best show for mocking… before Cyborgs. 🙂

You see… that’s what I don’t get and where I differ. I think there wasn’t much potential. I didn’t give it any credit. I didn’t care much for the original and I didn’t think SciFi Channel would pull up anything good. And in the end I was surprised and I think it’s great. I really like it and the characters. :p

Naw, there was a ton of potential when they went to the drawing board. Unfortunately the only thing they scored was budget. Everyone else sucks from 75% of the “talent” (i use that term loosely), to the writers (hello how about you actually take a science class yahoos let alone contemplate just what would happen militarily in a situation like this), to mr shakey hands camera guy.
I do love Sex the Six-bot… i mean Six the Sex-bot… Bwahahahaha..
Now excuse me, I just sabotaged my ship and I’m gonna go tell my deck sgt so he’ll take me into the storage closet for a little makeout session… LOL
