I’ve been working on the parenting site with Melanie and we uploaded a podcast. We need to plan time this week to podcast. I still need to record my Charmed podcast. Yesterday the kids were home so we baked cookies and had fun.

Saturday night we hosted our first game night. This went over very well. Only one couple showed up, and we had loads of fun. We played a round of Fluxx at the end of the night, but we also played Malarky and Scattergories. For the record, I is a crummy letter to get in Scattergories! We hadn’t played Malarky in so long, but we started to catch on again. The hardest part is the bluffing while trying not to laugh at everyone’s crazy answers! The best part of the game is how people begin. You’d think you’d just say “OK, this is how it is” but no. Everyone must say something more flavourful such as, “Oh you’re close, but so very wrong!” or “Really great idea, if only you were right!” I just can’t help but laugh the whole time! It’s just so funny!

We are planning another game night soon. I’m so excited. I wish it were this weekend! Because… yeah, I need more to do! HEHE

In other news I’m in the middle of the laundry pile for the week. Oh fun. Laundry, it’s never ending! I’m also surrounded by an army of origami the boys have made. They are origami junkies!!! Joram and I made Scottie dogs this weekend. I love Scottie dogs!

Mostly this week so far I’ve been doing the financial stuff. The PTA board meeting was tonight so I had to square away things for that. Etc etc.
