Is someone trying to tell us something?

So Dh gets his new phone on my plan on Tuesday. He’s all giddy. Thinks it is the coolest thing since… whatever.
Wed he comes home. “On the way home look what it started doing!” The screen is totally white. We can’t figure out what the deal is. We don’t have time to go get it resolved because we had that realtor coming.
Thursday he takes it back. Gets a new one. Yay. Once more all giddy. Calls me on it and everything.
Today? All he can do is get and send text messages and get phone calls. Nothing else. He can’t call anyone. He can’t get or send pix. What the heck?? It was working last night!

I’ve NEVER had trouble with Verizon. I don’t get what the deal is. He is so confused. He’s like “I get the phone, take it home, charge it, and then put it in my pocket in the morning.” Are his pockets lethal to Verizon phones or what?

Argh. He’s on with Verizon now trying to figure out the problem.
