This morning we ran to the courthouse to take care of filing with the city that the cars are now there and to get the stickers for the cars. I can’t believe Sir M hadn’t gotten one for his Mazda. He’s like “I didn’t even know about it.” I mean… duh… people need to share info like when you buy your car. “OK we took care of everything but you need to prance yourself down to get a county sticker…” LOL Oh well. I took care of it for him. And I would like to say that this was the easiest of all the stuff to do. They gave me no grief about me not being on there… they didn’t ask for any proof that I am a normal, nonscary, law abiding, non-terrorist citizen of the United States or that State. WOOHOO… It was an in and out thing.

Stopped by to see my mum’s avon lady. Picked up Mum’s avon, placed mum’s new order. Let the boys play on the Avon lady’s schoolbus which they thought was WAY COOL. She also gave me specific directions to the neighbourhood she drives bus for because so many homes are for sale. Hmmm, think that is a hint? She also said to get out of Ohio soon so I can be “back where (i) belong”! HEHE She’s a hoot.

Then it was time to hit the road again. I managed to get on the road by just before 11. Hit very little traffic. In fact I only had three slow downs. One in DC near where the beltway starts we dropped to about 50 as all that mess was happening with cars coming/going/figuring out what the heck was going on. Then again just after I got onto 270 there was some road work. Finally in West VA there was some road work. But I was able to keep driving the whole time so that was good. Of course once I got near my destination there was some idiot who decided to drive 60 in the hammerlane because… yeah… the speedlimit is not 65 or anything. Dork. Man I finally got around that guy and was like “LOSER”. Don’t drive in the left lane if you are scared to even do the speed limit, k?

I like West VA, even though there are mountains… their speed is 70. HEHE You make up time in West VA. Though the mountains are annoying. But in daylight it was awesome because I could see blacktop. BTW I still couldn’t see the lines. West VA DOT… get some painters out…k?

Some interesting things from the ‘Burg. Apparently some weirdo decided he wanted to build a 7500 sq foot house in downtown Fred. Why? Not only that it is by the campus. And it only has a two car garage. There’s about mmm… 10 sq inches of grass on that lot. The rest is the house. Now Fred is a town that has been around for like 300 or 400 years. You get the picture. So you get downtown and there’s a lot of homes that are just OLD. And I do mean OLD. I must admit, he made it fit well, so that’s good… but still. it is HUGE! Maybe he’s just cheesed because he can’t live in Kenmore? HAHA Whatever. I took a picture.

My friend and I yesterday tried to follow a lead that was in the paper about where they were excavating Sunken Road. Apparently this was some doofy “for show” thing because there was no sign by Sunday that they had done anything just a few days prior. Except what looked like a filled crack in the road or something. What’s up with that?

Central Park sucks. Carl D Stuck Up My Own Arse Silver needs to be beyatch slapped a time or 4000. Preferably? In a public square so the rest of the town may come and mock. If it ever happens, I don’t care WHERE I am… I’ll fly, drive, walk, whatever it takes to see that. Too bad Target is back in that monstrosity. I hear he’s heading to Massaponnax next. Good… make a mess down there to alleviate some of the mess four miles north. I do hope someone beyatch slaps him first so that he uses some common sense when planning this time. Perhaps I’ll send him a model of Easton here and say “This might be a better idea… build it like a little city… the only thing wrong here is there is not enough parking.” (Well the other thing wrong is it is OUTDOORS and this is OHIO..)

Oh, and the one and only “skyscraper” in Fred (We love to mock this lovely five floor building) has decided it needs a parking garage. And the parking garage should be the same height! HAHA. Hey at least there’d finally be parking in the city! OK, there’s parking in the city but it is on back of no where streets not near anything! Those darn colonials didn’t plan on parking!

Oh yeah, and on the way in Maryland… some weirdo group is rebuilding Noah’s Ark on the side of the freeway. Anyone know the story behind this? It is interesting but strikes me as just a little off this side of normal.

Well anyway, rolled in just after 6. Decided no cooking for me after stressful driving and dealing with nutjob kids. Pizza it was!

Thank gosh there’s school tomorrow. I need a break!

Oh yeah, DVR recorded everything…good. Only 9 hours of time left and Monday night shows were to start recording… bad. Must watch stuff I can delete… haha
