Phone call at 2:30. “We have another person interested in seeing your house tonight. Would you like them to come? Call us back by 4:00” I get home from Church at like 4:15. You HAVE to be kidding me. Why do these people not call my cell phone? I told them to call my cell over my house phone. They have both numbers. And they were showing the house at 2 so they probably knew I would not be home. Why? Why??????
Dang it.. maybe the realtor will show up anyway. I sent the kids to a friends house to play. My house is good. PLEASE come by!! AUGHHHHH!
Oh the 2pm people did take the little pamphlet about my house. 🙂

Well it takes two months to go to closing generally. Soooooo… it needs to be soon. School gets out June 9th. Figure a week to also go through hammering out a deal… It needs to sell within the next couple of weeks.

clouds rolling across the sky here, some sprinkles. it is very nice and breezy, overcast. it is just a huuge amount of land to mow, to me. i have paid somone to do it, but it really needs professional help. so you can imagine it, our entire 4 acres was wooded land. it was really wet while we were clearing the land, so more than necessary was cleared. i have a pond, two driveways that circle it, two shallow ditches running down the main drive, 400 ft long, and about another 200 feet of deeper ditch on the main road. the pond and other low-lying areas are worse, because there is still a lot of water there. which, oddly enough, makes whatever grows there grow so vigorously. it gets out of control quick, lol. ah, well, it will be attacked. at some point. for now, i’m off to pop potatoes in the oven. yummm, right. i even saved a few pieces of bacon i cooked to crumble them on top. all i have to do is shred some cheddar. oi, and chop up a couple of green onions. that’s not hard. rofl.

it really is pretty, its a long rectangle with our house at the back of it, from the road, with a long curvy black driveway. and it’s wooded on all sides. it is soo very green right now, it almost hurts the eyes. all kinds of wildflowers/weeds growing out there, with long grass waving in the wind. it looks better mown, though, lol.
