OK.. major hoping and praying paid off! The person who wanted to come by to see the house tonight? He got brave and just knocked on the door. His parents and sister and her two kids were in from out of town and want to I guess watch out for him or offer their housebuying expertese or something. Not real sure. They’re from Mansfield which is like an hour and a half or two hours away. So he looks all pitiful at me and is like “please, can we look?” OMG… no need to look pitiful man come on in… buy my farking house!!

Well he just said family… you should have seen my surprise when all these people come in! HAHA Well I took them all around. Let them look everywhere. 🙂 Answered all their questions. This guy had heard that news report about the sewer problem. So I told him what happened and showed him what got hit with water and also told him it was because there was like four inches of rain in a 24 hour period or something close to that. That it wasn’t just the sewers that were backed up but the creek majorly went over, it crossed the bike path for crying out loud!!! Anyway, was able to tell them about the network and all the jacks and what the utility bills were like and things such as that.

The guy seemed really interested. I have the feeling he is definately going to buy in this neighbourhood. He did look at like 7 houses here today. So I don’t know if he will offer on mine or not. But he really likes the layout and the lot. So here’s hoping!! If not him than maybe the earlier people. Here’s hoping!!!
