Well, first off, there’s a cool space thing going on. Read more about Five Planets Visible In The Night Sky I do have two additional eyepieces since my viewing last fall. So now I have a 40mm, 25mm, 10mm, 7.5mm. I plan to buy a barlowe soon as well so that I can double that to 20, 12.5, 5, and 3.75. (OK 3.75 is kinda ridiculous..but anyway…) I have not yet gotten something for my camera. I’d also like something to plug it into my laptop, that would be cool! Anyway, I will try to get out if the weather is nice here. If I do get out, I’ll take pictures. I also plan to pack up the telescope to VA in hopes of going out to the family farm away from lights and stuff. We’ll see if that happens.

Looks like the childcare situation for my Purpose thing has gone kaput. So the purpose thing is on hiatus. Since I do not know the outcome of this, I’ve decided to hold off on my reading. Even with my notes, it will fade in my mind. I’m kind of disappointed. But i feel bad for the other mom’s. The girl spearheading it has a son the same age as Caramon. She homeschools him so he comes along. He’s fine along with Joram. But the other children are more like toddlers and have the typical toddler attachment problems. With having iffy childcare, things definately are not working well. I’m hoping something will work out though.

As for my writing, I’ve gotten a bit of Chapter six done now. Pretty proud of me. I’m going to keep working on it and hopefully wrap it up. I think it is turning out to be longest chapter so far! HEHE. I’m starting to get into the backgrounds of two of the characters. It has been fun to delve into that.

I’m taking a break now. I finally pulled the pictures off my camera from when I went to VA a couple weeks ago. I want to see if I can play with any of the images. I have some of the kids on the battlefield and I would like to play in photoshop and see if I can merge with some civil war photos or something. If it turns out neat, and i hope it does, I will save it, print it, and give it to my grandfather. He loves the boys, and he loves the civil war. I’m trying to think what might be appropriate though. So I’m not sure that I will really get anything done. We shall see I guess.
