The parents said if the kids did well in school, they could have Chuck E Cheese’s. Wel they think they did pretty well. Caramon actually had green lights for the entire time we’d been back from the last trip. 13 green lights. And his report card had two E’s! In fact he had the equivalent of all a’s and b’s with one c+. Joram had almost all slashes in the far right column. So mum and dad decided close enough to honour roll and dubbed Thursday Pizza Day.

I called my friend, DragynPryncess, and she brought her two boys over as well. We had a total blast. Not the easiest way to catch up with the chasing of two little boys each… but fun nonetheless. All four boys had a total blast. She looks awesome. She’s lost a lot of weight and just looks great. And her kids… need I say CUTE. My golly.

Well mum had to leave and kids were still using up tokens so I sent her to get my grandfather and to pick us back up. We were actually rather close to his facility. So when she calls to tell me he was running late so she was taking him right over to the hospital and then would be back, I couldn’t hear because the music had been jammed up louder. So I saw it on my caller ID and thought it was time to go. So we round up the kids…

We’re leaving when i find out, they stamped me with a different number than my kids. ACK. So I said “Well mum’s outside, she came in with me so she must have their number. So I go out… mum’s not there. No message on cell and I can’t reach her after ringing her several times. So I go back in and they say they are sorry but they can’t let the kids leave. I totally understand. Actually I’m glad. Finally the manager comes out and asks the kids some questions, I showed my ID, my friend vouched for me and a ton of other stuff. We go outside and decide to walk to Target or some other store since it was nice.

As we’re heading that way, my cell rings again. My mum is heading back and explains what happened. I said ‘Oh that’s fine if you need to stay, we were going to go to the store and hang out.” She said to meet her at the bookstore since she’s already left the hospital. So off we go to the bookstore next to Target. We take the kids back to the kid section and let them look. They conned grandma out of a book and a leappad book. HA! Caramon had finished his library book he had brouht along. So that was good.

Well after we left, mum and I had to pick up granddad at the hospital so we did. We went to the grocery and not much else of interest and went home. The kids ran around outside playing and all sorts of fun like that. I’m glad. They really love their grandparent’s home. I hope that they will have more good grandparent memories since we are moving that way.
