1. Where is the one place in the world you want to see before you die?
–I’m not sure. There are several places I’d love to see before I die for various reasons. I guess if I have to narrow it down to just one, then I choose Greece because my mum grew up there. Actually she was a teenager when she moved, and her parents were being harassed by the matchmakers to hook her up with a nice greek boy! So I guess I was very close to having a greek daddy! 🙂 But I love the stories she would tell me about living there. So I’d like to go and see where she lived. 🙂 Plus of curse I love Greek Mythology which I blame solely on my mother and her tales of Greece! (FYI My grandfather was Navy hence the living in Greece and Europe.)
2. If you had to move to another part of the country where would you go?
— This is kind of funny since I am in the middle of a move from Ohio the supposed “midwest” to the DC-VA area so that’s “mid-Atlantic”. I’ve actually lived or been to almost everywhere, pretty much not the northern middle and NE at this point. I lived in the desert southwest in Arizona near a ghost town and where they filmed Star Wars. I lived in NC for the south and appalachians and then moved to the beach there. I grew up in VA-DC area, where we are moving back to. I guess if I could choose anywhere though, and it wasn’t where I’m moving back to (i’m soooooo excited! WOohoo friends and family) It would probably be out west. Portland or Seattle or maybe back down to Arizona. I love the temperate weather in Seattle and Oregon (They probably don’t think it is though) and I love the Sunshine of Arizona!! I really just like the west, out there I live on a decent time system.. haha 🙂 My body just likes that time zone! And oh yeah, Arizona has another plus, no evil time change!
3. You have 2 sons…what would they have been named if they were girls?
— Easy, we’d planned on two girls, not two boys. The Lord has a way of pulling your leg, doesn’t he? So:
Emalia Elayne
Arliss Maria

We like neat names. I kinda like my boys names too, but we get a lot of flack. However their names are now off limits to my inlaws (the ones who gripe the most) because they now have a Heaven Leigh Beaver so *sticks tongue out at inlaws* my names are soooo much better! HA!
BTW Caramon comes from D&D and Joram comes from a different series by the same authors.

I had a hard time thinking of questions
I can’t remember who I asked questions to. I saw a few people had it up… gosh I hope I got them. (If I didn’t let me know peeps, I was soooo busy when I noticed that going around!)

I like unique names! Your in-laws’ name sounds like a “heavenly beaver”…yeah I’m not really feeling that one lol.
I’ve always liked the name Corinne for a girl and Jensen for a boy.

Re: Wow thanks!!
We love unique names as well. And the way we figure it, you give a little more mainstream middle names and then even if your kid hates the first name by adulthood they can go by the middle name. Makes a weird sense. OK, it’s just what I made up to get my inlaws to shut the fark up. You don’t know what a time they give me over Caramon. My husband’s grandma refuses to call him by it. Calls him Alex since his second is Alexander. Caramon doesn’t respond to her. HEHE OF course I”d hope he’d go by the ever cool Xander but that’s me… ROFL
So my kids are Caramon Alexander and Joram Emmerson. A little more “formal” but still fairly mainstream unlike the ever cool Caramon and Joram. I love their names.
But my MIL and the rest of her brood can’t say a thing with the cousin giving her a daughter a porn name!

i made us up some hamburgers (thank goodness for pre-cooked patties), sauteed some mushrooms and onions to top it with and cheese. i even went to the trouble of cleaning out what i affectionately dub the frydaddy, so that i could cook some french fries in it. yay for dinner, and it being what we wanted, burgers and fries… LOL
what was he looking at and what were you preparing?

You were very close to not being born!
(Or would you have in LDS doctrine?)
Does AZ not have a time change because it’s closer to the equator?
Emalia Elayne… VERY pretty, but funny alliteration (sp?).

I’d have been born, just goodness knows to who… haha
Arizona doesn’t do the time change because they realize the time change is stupid. They choose not to do it. I mean you live in the desert, you want the sun to set. The earlier the better!! HEHE They rule though… I loved living there and not having to change time!!
Actually we kind of liked the almost melodic tone to Emalia Elayne. 🙂
