I didn’t feel well last night. My knees hurt. Bad. I had a headache. I was cranky. Just not good all around. So I didn’t post.

I dropped the kids off at VBS and came home. Mum and I ran out to start our errands. First to the bank. Then to Circuit City. They had games on sale for five bucks. I wasn’t expecting much and boy was I right. Even worse than I thought. I did pick up a hockey game. EA Hockey 2002. We had a hockey game for the Super Nintendo and loved it. I want to play the BlueJackets! Then we hit Office Max. New desk because Sir Megabyte is on a printer cart right now and grumpy about it. 50 bucks and it isn’t too bad. So in that went. Then over to Kohl’s because mum said there was great sales on bras and spring clothes. Spring clothes were a great sale but all were ghastly. All the bras had underwire. Underwire is horrible and evil. And just plain wrong. And very painful. Exceedingly painful. I refuse to wear underwire so the stop was a bust. Then we went into Best Buy though I’m not sure why. We mostly just looked at stuff there. Then it was time to get the kids.

From the kids who were rambling on and on about VBS and were so excited about Mission Possible, we snagged a quick lunch and went to pick up Granddad. He had an actual appointment to address a multiple of things, most recently his massive nosebleeds. They are bad. Well that took a little longer than we thought. The boys had to go to the bathroom so while they were doing that I weighed them. Why not? Both at 48 pounds. Big boys!

We dropped into Carl’s next. Yay Carl’s! Mmmmm soft serve. Mmmm first time since officially moving back. Oooh why did I wait so long? Why did I not force mum to stop before? Mmmm. Anyway, then we dropped off Grandpa and hit the grocery store. Well I had cleared out a lot of the fridge/freezer so we did a major shopping. Mum generally European shops but not this time! We spent almost 200 bucks but we are GOOOOD on food. And guess what? Still have room to spare! LOL.

By the time we got home I was about to collapse. I went downhill from there. Really pained.

So I read. Right now it is JE’s To The Nines. WOOOHOOO Stephanie Plum. I almost busted a gut laughing at the airport scene. I can’t wait to read number 10 which just came out. I love Stephanie Plum!

I was so miserable I even went to bed early. Slept well. Of course since I went to bed so early I was awake at 6. Ugh! That’s OK though. Whatever.

Oh yeah before that I did go back to Circuit City with Sir Megabyte and we picked up a couple of other games. Sports. Baseball and basketball. I picked up a gamecube hockey game as well for the boys. Decided they needed one too since they love Hockey. Hey we lived in Ohio… give us a break!

So today after dropping off the kids it was over to take care of insurance. Got all new shiny insurance. Yay! Then home to get mum. We had to go to Micheal’s for some framing and to look at baskets. Baskets did not pan out and framing was megabucks. 70 bucks for my I Dream of Jeannie print. And it is small. And that was half off. Mum had some silk tapestry thing. Her’s was 180. Half off. UGH.

From there we were out of time because they were so slow and mum was slow. We also picked up a frame for a picture of the boys I had printed for granddad. We didn’t get mum’s two prints I had done for her. While waiting she looked but didn’t see anything she liked. We’ll try elsewhere. We raced over for Granddad since we needed to pick him up for lunch and to take him to PACE. Well the nosebleed was bad this morning and he was really not doing well. So we decided, and nursing agreed, we’d just leave him there. So we went up and talked to him, gave him his picture which he loved, and then we walked to lunch with him. We left him and then came home for lunch.

At home mum was making me crazy. She has this entertainment center. The part where you would put your electronics is glassed. Well where the two doors meet is a wide wood thing going the length. Why? Who knows. But it blocks the remote. Open the doors, all is fine. Close the doors it is near impossible. Well they don’t like the doors open. So she was grumping so I snapped and just rearranged everything. Much better now. Then it was time to go get the kids and head to Caroline’s. So we did that and had a good day with Caroline and Dexter.

Now I just have to know. Why the heck are my boys going to VBS and using up tons of energy and they are MORE energetic the last two days??? AUGHHH. LOL.
