Wow, I swear time is FLYING. It’s Sunday, again!

So today was fairly laid back. I have to clean up in a bit after Sir Megabyte goes to bed. I need to straiten up from all the demolishing yesterday. It is mostly done, but there’s still some I need to do. However with everyone up it was just not going to happen so I decided to wait. Instead I worked on our room this afternoon.

Yesterday we picked up a rug. Which means I need to get things ready to move out so we can put down the rug. I think I’m mostly done. All that’s left under the bed is the electronics. And shoes. That sort of thing. I also wanted to zip tie our cord basket. All our cords were thrown into this big yellow basket and they were tangling and making a right mess. Nightmarish. So I got out the zip ties and got to work!! While doing that I watched Along Came Polly. I also put away our laundry I had done this week. I redid my pants/capris. I had them folded over a hanger but that seemed so bulky. Normally I would fold them and they’d be in a drawer or on a shelf but the dresser we have is used up. So I found in the bottom of the cable basket a bunch of those hangers with clippies like they have things on at the store. So I put my skirts (also folded over) and my pants/capris on those. Seems to be a little better. I notice in our closet, Sir Megabyte takes up almost half. Mum and Dad have a quarter of the closet taken up with their stuff. And what’s left? Is mine. Now these are rough estimates. Scary, huh?

So after that I cleaned up the desk that’s back there some more from the rearranging yesterday after taking that printer cart back there.

I also watched Tad Hamilton today as I finished up. Lots of good work this afternoon! Yay! Our room gets a little bit more streamlined every week!

So it looks like Mum and Dad decided not to do that South Beach Diet thing. However they are going on their wonky diet they do every so often. It consists of Healthy Choice tv dinners, salads, fish, and chicken. So Sir Megabyte and I are going to have to figure out what to do for the four of us. Not that I mind three of those four… but I definately don’t want the kids on that and of course Sir Megabyte won’t touch any of those four with a ten foot pole. So some nights we’ll be “on our own” and some nights we’ll probably go with what mum and dad are eating. They claim this diet works for them. To tell you the truth I’ve never noticed that, but hey… whatever.

Well I’m a little frustrated. I had made those actions the other night in Photoshop. For some reason only one saved out of like five or six. Thankfully two I remembered exactly how i did so I have recreated them. But I discovered this when I went looking for the action set in the directory. Apparently I did something wrong. Not sure what. But I figured out how to actually save an Action Set so hopefully now it is safe. But that means that I didn’t have a chance to give them to Amy. GRRR. Oh well, she wasn’t at Church today. She was probably hiding from the wedding people AND working on the pictures! I wish I could remember how I did the other ones. *SIGH*

Mum hasn’t done anything today on the house. However she did take the kids to the park after we got home from Church. This allowed me the time to work hard in our room because the boys were in and out and in and out and in and out so it was taking me FOREVER and a day longer than the forever and a day I expected! ROFL.

I do want to say that the family room is looking well. It is really shaping up!! So that’s good!

I’m not at all sure what’s going on now or this week. Right now we are watching clean sweep and they are telling this woman that she should get rid of all her collectables if there’s no sentimental value because her space is too small. Mum has a very weird look on her face. Probably because she knows that that organizer lady is probably talking directly to mum! She has just so many. She’s done well in the living room that day we worked, but I think she realizes she needs to get rid of more. Like the two bookcases worth crammed in this family room taking up valuable book space!! EEEK.

So anyway… I’m gonna go play in Photoshop some more Not a clue what I’m going to do.
