It is Saturday and time to figure out what to do. We have that hurricane quickly closing in so we won’t be doing much outdoorsy stuff! We are thinking about going up to the Mills to see Thunderbirds with the kids. I can’t believe how fast that one moved out of the local theatres. Geeze the theatre here REALLy doesn’t give you very long at all. Catwoman is going to be the next to go I believe. I wonder what it will be like once the summer movie blitz is over?
Right now there are a bunch of movies local that I want to go see. Princess Diaries, Collateral, Catwoman, Little Black Book, The Village, Manchurian Candidate, and Spiderman 2. That’s what’s OUT. EEEK. guess I’ll be adding them to my netflix queue. And waiting. Though I really really want to go see Princess Diaries. I wonder if I can get a gal pal to go with…
I’ve got my laptop boxed up and waiting for Fed Ex. They should be here any time now. *SIGH*
I just realized my desktop doesn’t have a screensaver. Probably because unless I’m actively at it, I just turn the screen off. Well I know I’ll be using it a little more during the next week or so and might not get to turning off the screen. So I just set it up to a screensaver. On my laptop I’ve been doing picture slide shows. Well I decided this time to do something different. It is all about the change, you know?
So I decided to do something really off beat and wrap a picture around the pipes. Nifty nifty. So I couldn’t decide what to use. I finally found this picture that my SIL, Renee, took. It’s pretty good. You know how pictures are when there are kids involved… it’s like playing the lottery. You either get good pictures or you get not good pictures. This one was awesome so I slapped it on up!! Go SIL and the great timing and shot with the camera! You go girl! The kids weren’t being really goofy or anything…woohoo!
Ok, time to run out!

Yay, I saw the Princess Diaries! It was good. Not as good as the first one, but still very, very good.

I bought the DVD and watch it a lot. It’s such a good movie! I’m anxious to watch the new one. I’ve even thought about reading the trilogy! HEHE Yeah I’m bad…
I love the cast as well as the story.
Hopefully soon. Mum just said she’d like to see it so hopefully we can escape together soon to see it. Our theatre sucks so we’ll have to move fast or it will be going to The Dale again.
We went to the Dale today to see Thunderbirds. Drove 40 minutes north because our crappy theatre doesn’t keep movies more than two weeks. Second time this has happened, last time was for Harry Potter.

It seems like they would keep Harry Potter longer. How many screens does it have?
I have read the trilogy of PD. π

There is 15 at that theatre. Not sure how many the other theatre has but it left there as well.
Crazy, eh?
