Hmmm the little CSO page told almost nothing.  Just said “in repair”.  Today it says “In shipment”.  Wow that was fast.  So I wonder what the heck the problem was.  Did they have to reformat my hard drive?  Are they going to include anything telling me what the issues were?  Did they have to replace anything?  There is nothing so far.

Fed Ex says that my laptop left FedEx Origin location last night at 10:28 pm.  That’s Union City, CA.  So I’m not sure when it should arrive.  If it traveled overnight it might arrive late today.  I’m expecting tomorrow.  But I can track it via Fed Ex.  I mean it is Priority Overnight, however it shipped out at night so does that night count?  I’m assuming a big fat NO.  So I’ll expect it tomorrow and if it arrives today do a happy dance.  🙂

OK, so we have the power issue, the battery made a funky noise, and my dvd player hung.  That’s three things I asked them to look at.  Wonder if they’ll look at the keyboard and fix my keys with missing letter 😉  HAHA  Somehow?  I doubt it. 

Only time will tell.  I really do hope there is something inside the box that will tell me what they did to my laptop… I don’t like people touching my computers.  I’m rather possessive, I know.  And when people do touch my computers I like to be able to hover and watch like a demonic hawk.
