Our house still has not sold. We are in the process of looking for a new realtor. Hopefully we can find someone, though it is definately the bad selling season.
So the house behind my parents is for rent. Mum goes, “You should call and find out how much it is.” Yeah like I can afford it? With the other house? Not likely. It’s 900 bucks a month to rent that place. It’s a small three bedroom ranch. Better than what we have now, but still. I asked mum if she was that desperate to get us out of her house!!
She snickered. Good try, mum! HAHA…
How sad is it that I wish I COULD rent that place though…

Well considering that my house is a mortgage of 1400… yeah, I’d more than could afford the house behind here. MORE than afford that piece of crap place… 😉
Though right now, I don’t care, I just want my own place again.
Oh to have an extra 900 bucks a month… 🙂
