I spent 20 minutes on the phone today with a support person.

Him: Well it should work!
Me: Yes it should. But it does not.
Him: Well it should work!
Me: But yet, it does not.
Him: But it should work!
Me: Tell that to it because it DOES NOT WORK.
Him: And you are sure….
Me: Yes for the 14th time. We tried our stuff, we tried other stuff, it just does not work.
Him: But it should work!

I kid you not. AUGHHHHHHHH!

End result? Bad part number 2 is approved for return. Thank goodness. I didn’t realize I was going to have knock this guy down, beat him with a phone, and then throttle him while also pulling out his eyeteeth! Sheesh! This is of course after my call kept getting disconnected. I do find it interesting that while on hold I kept hearing over and over ways to fix this EXACT PROBLEM!!! (Though the things listed were user errors we’d already checked on before calling so were not the problem.)

Support stinks. *SIGH*
