Just finished up my third Karin Slaughter book. That is one fast paced, suck you in, thriller freaky murder mystery insanity. All three of them. And I, knowing this, was actually dumb enough to read the preview for the next book. Aughhh! How could I be so stupid? Now I’m thinking I need to make an emergency run to the book store, ignoring my stack of 15 books here! ROFL. Of course it also said it is available in hardback. Would it be in paperback already? I think I need to investigate…

Whew… my brain is insane from all this deep thinking, mind twisting, psychotic stuff. I need something light and fluffy. Hello Janet Evanovich… Good thing I have this new one by her sitting right by my bed! It’ll take me no time to fly through this trashy romance. Hey it’s trashy but I like it. I’m not sure why I like JE so much, because generally I don’t go into that sort of thing. I think it is how funny she makes them. They are hillarious mysteries with just a splash of trashy…

I’m thinking though I need to haul out a good sci fi or fantasy after I let me brain unwind with this Janet book. Hmmm… wonder what I have in the stacks? Will definately have to investigate or a run to the bookstore may actually be in order!! HEHE

OK, A Faint Cold Fear is put up on my shelf of already read books and The Rocky Road to Romance is sitting beside me. What a combo… LOL

I am excited to read this JE book. 1. It is set here in my home of Northern VA. 2. I get to see Bob the First 3. Hey she based this off riding around and checking out the news radio channel I like to listen to! (The same one that lost its tower to the tornados from the hurricane thus leaving us a creek during the storm! HAHA) Plus of course the fact that it will take me about half a second to read this… I need something very light and very fluffly right now… my brain is fried from that last book… wow the nonstop action…

Anyway, not much on the docket for today. Cable dude is going to come to check out the wiring in our house to see if that is part of the issues we have with the channels not coming in well. We shall see.
