I didn’t think we were going to be able to, but apparently my inlaws cleared their schedule so we’ll be going on up this weekend. Normally it would be about four hours to get there. However in the summer we hit shore traffic which adds about an extra hour. With school in session we can’t go up at noon like before and pick up Sir Megabyte so we’ll hit DC Rush. So it will probably take about 5 or 6 hours to get up there.
What we’ll probably do is I’ll pack the car on Friday while the boys are in school. Then as soon as they get off the bus we’ll hop in the car and take off. We’ll meet up with Sir Megabyte at work somewhere ghastly and possibly go ahead and grab a snackish type dinner. Then we’ll head up and pray that traffic isn’t TOO unbearable. The DC Metro area is so horrible. Once we pass Baltimore though it shall be smooth sailing hopefully!

So I’m not sure when we’ll get in on Friday, but I’ll be leaving here about 4, getting to the Pentagon probably about 5:30ish if I’m lucky. So if it only takes four hours from there, that’s 9:30. So I figure as long as I plan on getting in at like 10:30 or so, it’ll be good. Hope that will work out OK for them. Not be too late.

I’m really excited to go! Next week when we return I’ll post all about it. We checked on the weather and we MIGHT be able to go out towards the ocean. Maybe. We’ll see what everyone wants to do. We might just hang loose at home and do nothing. Doing nothing is always fun. Frankly, I like having nothing to do but just shoot the breeze.

Oh shoot. That means I REALLY need to finish that picture for my FIL. Anyone have a good idea for a nice effect for a picture of my FIL and his five grandsons sitting on his sofa? I could REALLY use the help. I am definately on a time table now. I need to be able to print it by FRIDAY! ! ! EEEEEEEEEK!

Oh boy, I just realized how much I have to do to be able to do this! EEEEEK!
