We got home tonight and all is well. Things went real well in NJ. In a nutshell we got the computer up and running and then worked on Sir M’s stepbrother’s system which is mostly up and running.

I’ll post in more detail probably tomorrow. Right now, I’m real tired. My hips were really bothering me last night so I didn’t sleep well. Combine that with the insomnia I’ve been suffering, does that really surprise anyone? It sure doesn’t surprise me.

At any rate, it looks like we did well. My inlaws are very happy with the system. I’m just so happy that we could do this for them. Especially me. This is a way I can use my talents and skills to help someone, someone important to me, important to Sir M. They were still thanking us today. It makes me happy that they are so happy.

I do have tons of pictures that I need to post so I can do a proper write up of the special progect computer. The whole gorey story of 2 crappy mobos and all! *GRINS* I think I’ll do a full write up because I had some other complaints about the original box. It’ll make sense. I’m much happier with what we ended up with.

For now, I’m going to go watch my mass quantities of DVR’ed stuff and try to relax so hopefully I can fall asleep at a decent hour. I’m awake enough that I won’t be able to sleep but tired enough I don’t want to do anything constructive.
