My FIL called around noon already needing assitance with his new system. He was trying to do something and couldn’t remember where the program was. A quick walkthrough of his start menu and he had his program up and running. Yay! I was excited to hear his call. Not that i wanted him to have trouble… but this means he’s not only using his computer but hopefully he’s really enjoying it!!
We hooked them up with GMail while we were up there. I’ve also already gotten email from them. That also bodes well. It really does look like this has helped them out.
I need to do a full write up of the computer process, but I’m just too tired… I’ll try for that tomorrow.
