Caramon tore apart his shoes. I mean tore them APART. So off we head to the shoe store. Well my husband decided the boys needed haircuts and we should pay ten bucks at a barber shop instead of just doing it ourselves. I always hate this because the boys get the same haircut and frankly, I don’t see paying 10 bucks per kid for something I can do at home. But whatever. We’re in a spendy mood this holiday season, why not.
Well Sir Megabyte talks up the whole thing to the kids about picking out their own haircut since we were “at a professional and they do better than mommy and daddy!” Joram didn’t buy into it and got his usual haircut. Thinks he’s hot stuff now. Caramon however was super grumpy until he realized he could look COOOOOOL. So he gets the real short on back, kinda long so it can be spikey on top. My 8 year old looks like Bart Simpson! He was cracking me up. *SIGH* He LOVES it. But now he says he needs hair gel. I’m in trouble. The little punk is 8 and already into primping for the peeps at school. I’m telling you, he’s 8 going on 18. This kid is sharp as a tack and a total crackup!

Here’s Caramon. The hot stuff big man!

Here’s Joram. Mess up his hair, c’mon! He loves it!
Caramon picked out Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle shoes. So now he’s sporting his cool do and new shoes to boot!
The boys are too cute for their own good.
While at the store I picked up a gift for something I’m going to today. While waiting at Olive Garden for dinner I put it in the gift bag and everything. The kids were bouncing off the back of the car and tore the bag up and now I’m back at square one. Gaaaah! Darnit!
That’s really about it. Other than I watched Terminator 3 today and it was really good. And I watched Dodgeball and White Chicks which were both really funny.
