OK, I have to say that just when I get frustrated and want to just give up on my fellow mankind… something always happens to renew my faith in mankind.

What’s this about? Well, frankly let’s face it. Customer Service these days in stores is about nil. Even worse it seems that places will hire just about anyone and don’t bother to train them. It’s so frustrating.

Well I was recently researching and purchasing my equipment to podcast. I finally went into of all places, Guitar Center in my local mall. My husband suggested this. I went in three times in about 5 days. But I ended up purchasing everything there because they were that awesome. Not only that but the ENTIRE staff was nice. And knowledgable. Friendly. They were a GREAT help.

Not only that? I just got a postcard in the mail. No kidding. A hand written note saying that they hoped everything was working out OK and if i have any questions on the equipment, stuff like that! That’s awesome. So customer service and employee pride is known SOMEWHERE! It’s amazing!

So Guitar Center has become my place to go. And I’m recommending them to anyone else.
