I love 7th Heaven and ABC Family is having some kind of a marathon. They are on their third in a row! WOOHOO…
Housework can wait till tomorrow… this evening is Camden’s! Uh oh… in an hour I have to taped Charmed… eeeek! Oh now I’m torn! EEEEK!
I must say, this is more enjoyable than watching constant war coverage on MSNBC… 🙂

Charmed is on Sunday night as well. And then TNT replays it on Tuesday at 10. Plus TNT shows repeats of Charmed at 9AM and 6PM every day. Lots of Charmed! HEHE Did you see the preview for the next Charmed episode? Looks good! I watched Charmed on Sunday night but I had absolutely no recollection of it. *shrug* Several of my Charmed-watching friends had no recollection of it. We think that it never really aired… hehe

Yes.. the one with the guy who played upon their fears.. I had seen it before.. I wish they didn’t write off the Cole Turner character. I liked him.. and what he added to the show.
I’m not sure the reasons for him leaving the show. I can see how the storyline between Cole and Pheobe had really run its course.. and they kept hinting on the fact that Cole still had feelings for Pheobe.. and how it ‘tormented’ him.
The possibility for the ‘torment’ really could have been used to change him… to slowly drive him insane.. and insane evil.. where the charmed ones could thrust to try and stop him from destroying a very good future for the world.
ah well…
Yes.. I saw the preview of the next charmed episode. It looked entertaining. However my wife said.. she’s a bit disappointed that the show has focused so much attention on the ‘pregnancy’ and this baby.. she wishes that there would be less focus on that story line and a little more on Paige…
In a way.. there really hasn’t been a balance to the story line..

I definately would like some more focus on Paige too. Since she’s all new. There was some good stuff in this week’s episode though. Showing her how she was trying so hard to be Super Witch and felt she couldn’t live up to Prue’s shadow and how she was afraid of the sisters turning on her. Which is all understandable. I mean, she didn’t grow up with them. It would be hard to feel 100% sisterly since she’s only known them a year and a half or so.
The actor playing Cole actually has another show in the works. Plus I guess they finally decided this Cole and Pheebes going back and forth thing was old. I mean it has been going on since Season 2. *SHRUG* I’d have loved to see them finally hook up and have the happiness that Piper and Leo have, but that’s just me.
You know what I’d love to see? An episode of “A day in the life of Leo”. That would be fun too.
I must ask, were you troubled by the fact that suddenly this baby was foretold and was a boy?

the baby being a boy was a bit of a surprise.. I think because back in season 2 the ‘sister’s went to the future and Piper had a daughter with Leo.
And to me.. the other thing that bugs me is that there is a whole ‘line’ of women in the halliwell line.. Mom.. Grams. even in prior ‘pasts’ they were magical cousins.. witches..

And I guess the writers waited a long time to reveal to us that this baby was ‘fortold’.. I don’t recall anything in any episode prior to that episode that the ‘elders’ even forsaw the birth of this baby.. It seems kind of strange since they spent several episodes where the plot was that the elders didn’t approve of a whitelighter marrying a witch..
I think the concept of piper having a baby was planned as they hinted about it early on (in season 2) but I think that the way the story developed.. I think that they had ample time to put ‘hints’ in.. but I think things changed as they went along. I think early on they saw an opportunity to have Phoebe’s child be an evil one.. and have Piper’s child be good.. to have a ‘balence’ of good versus evil..
*shrug*.. seemed like a couple last minute changes to me.. most likely because they want to do a couple of different things in future episodes..

THat’s what I was thinking as well. I mean they even had the girls referring to the baby in female ways. It just kind of troubles me that they show a girl in the future… that this baby has been fortold yet they gave nothing that would seem like this and as you said they were against whitelighters and witches and especially Leo and Piper. I’m thinking if this had been fortold then wouldn’t they have been a little more lenient? I’m guessing like you they have some plan for a future story arc and needed a boy.
