Everything but two presents are now wrapped. WOOHOO. The two shouldn’t take THAT lon and I think I’m going to tell Sir Megabyte he has to do it when he wraps whatever he has for me. I have now wrapped something close to 70 things. Holy smokes!
Also I”ve been making copies of cds and stuff. Caramn is getting the Avril Lavigne CD. Well CDs are expensive so I figured I’d let him open the cd but since he trashes stuff… i would give hiim a copy to listen to in the little cd player he is getting. That way if it gets scratched up or whatever, I can just make a new copy.
I was also making some cds for elfmyst‘s son.
I completely finished cleaning the kids room. Got them down to only one toy box. Plus two under the bed boxes. One holds legos and one holds car tracks. I was even able to vaccuum! No way! So we had a big long talk about how the room was to always stay like this. So I just looked… looks like I did nothing. GRRR
I do have a few things in my bedroom from their room that needs to be packaged up to be given away. Some stuff I think we’ll take down to Sir Megabyte’s sister as she is having a baby. Or at least packaged up to give to them at some point in the next year. (I still haven’t gone through the clothes… ugh)
I also have a box of garbage that needs to go out. So proud of my work even if the boys have absolutely no respect for it!
Let’s see I also went to the bank, took my cards to the post office, and even found time to squeeze in some carroling! And a good thing I went to. Silly people I went with didn’t know any songs!! How do you not know like 5000 Christmas songs? HAHA 🙂
I did not have time to copy Sir Megabyte’s anime dvds I got him (Hoping for a big surprise there, I’m so excited) to .avi like I wanted. But that program looks like it might cause trouble for some dvds as he is STILL trying to get Crouching Tiger He’s been working on that since Friday! But he can’t get the language track and the video to all work out right. First he got bad video and OK sound. Then Ok video and bad sound. Then no sound but great video. Then great sound but no video. Now he has video that does not want to sync up with sound. Poor guy. He got Dungeons and Dragons to work OK, but not this. Well I’m a little nervous with the anime so I’ll just wait and do it on Christmas with him. I have too much other stuff to do to sit in front of a computer trying to get something to rip. I hope he will forgive me.
I do have one thing sitting on my laptop that I’m not sure how to do. I downloaded a trial game for him to have for his pocket pc. But I’m not sure how to load it to his pocket pc. And more importantly not sure how to do it without him knowing on Christmas Eve. So I’m trying to figure out what to do… The trial is for him to test out to see if he really wants the game. If he does he can have the game also. Anyone with any creative ideas of what I can do, please let me know. I’m stumped.
Oh I did burn copies of my Triple on mp3 that I wrapped up for him as well. So now we will both have them. And we won’t be stealing from each other like we do with our other mp3 cds. (Haven’t had time to burn those.)
I think that’s it… it sure does not sound like I did a lot does it?
I didn’t get to bed last night until 1:30… again. Ugh. I really like to be in bed by midnight but it hasn’t happened since that stupid time change. GRRR.

Andrew’s bed doesn’t have anything (except for a stray sock or two probably) under it. Under the bed storage for toys. I love it. Especially considering we currently have 2 train sets, and 2 more coming come Christmas Day. I never would have thought to stash em under the bed. Accessible, but not all over my living room ALL the time. I love it! Oz, you ROCK.
I’ve emailed Hugh about your pocket PC game dilemma. Not sure if he’ll even answer me, cause sometimes he just thinks I’m a dork, but we’ll see. He has a pocket PC.
I think it sounds like you’ve got a TON done.
So far this AM I’ve got my kitchen cleaned up, made a phone call to the bank and now have “found” money that I can use to buy clothes and work scrubs YAY!, and ran some candles to my VT comp’s work so she can take them to our people since Andrew’s sick AGAIN.
Off to work on the living room. Once that’s done, I’m going to start some laundry and work on wrapping. I haven’t even started.

Well I noticed that most of the trouble in their room was that their toy box was full of legos and roads for cars. So I decided under the bed boxes might be a much better way to go for that and leave the toy box for regular toys! They only have one toy box now. I have a second which will hold Christmas gifts. HEHEHE
But their room is so clean. And hopefully their under the bed won’t get too much crap. you know how THAT goes
I do have a problem of the box I got doesn’t hold all the road stuff. HMmmm Dilema. But some of that stuff probably needs to be tossed because it is all broken or whatever. That’s a project for when I have time. It is under there with no lid right now.

Depends on the program, but usually they install using another program called ActiveSync that connects the pocket PC to the desktop. With that, it’s just like installing any other program

Well the problem is that it is on my computer and I have trouble accessing his computer from mine. So it makes it harder to put it on there and sync. But the real problem is getting it away from him to put the dang blasted thing on there!! HAHA.
