Several people had mentioned they wished my dvd database looked nicer and matched my site. Well I had no idea if I could do it, but I rolled up my sleeves and dove in head first. What a muck. I had to open every file in order to figure out what I had to edit. WHat I needed to fix. Where everything went and that sort of thing.

But this afternoon I succeeded. I left everything the creator of the DVD script/database had. His name, his email, etc etc. But I did ditch his plain background and I changed his DVD logo. It is kind of cheesy now, but it is prettier. I’ll work on some other options later. But it wasn’t like his name was on the MyDVD graphic and it wasn’t really a logo. Just a randomly quickly made graphic. So hopefully he won’t be too offended.

So now my navigation is all on there. My background is all on there. Everything matches! YAY! And I noticed (which I had not before) that I could set my user defaults to be the primary default so I did that so all that unnecesary information on each DVD was removed.

Ahhh.. it looks so much nicer now.

sorry Script Dude. Hope you don’t mind, but I think it looks nicer now that it matches my page. 🙂 And I didn’t remove a lick of your comments or your links or your name. So you can still get the credit you richly deserve. The program ROCKS.

Hmmm… note to self… find the bit of script for that graphic and turn it into a link to the MyDVD’s website. Or at least add a link to the MyDVD’s website. 🙂
