Heard from first realtor. She seems to think our best case (BEST CASE) scenario is selling our house for a 30k loss. EEEEK. That’s just not right. 😦 How on earth am I supposed to afford that? There’s not much I can do.

So my options right now are

Try to sell and see how much of a loss I take. Pray for the best expect the worse. Apparently the last two homes to sell here have sold for 115 and 135. I can tell you flat out 115 is not possible. Had to be a foreclosure. But 135? EEEK.

Foreclose and deal with that nasty nightmare.

Bankruptcy and that nasty nightmare.

EEEEK.

Double EEEEEK.

Triple EEEEEK.

What on earth do I do that spends as little of my money as possible but sweetens this deal to get every single dollar I can squeeze out of someone? I mean, I went in just hoping to get what I owe on the house. But a 30k loss? yipes!
