Marjorie Pay Hinckley, wife of President Gordon B. Hinckley, passed away at home at 5:05 p.m. on 6 April 2004. President Hinckley and other family members were with her at the time. She died of causes incident to age. Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced later.

Thank you Karen for callimg me. Being away I’d never have heard. I will be looking for something black to wear tomorrow if possible to show support for the Prophet and his family. I’m not sure I have anything though. Or at least anything clean. Ugh. If I don’t wear black, then know my heart has a black ribbon.
