I am due a shipment today. THey generally come at noon. It’s pouring. We have to leave and now it is quarter after one. (And mum has been in the bathroom since 12:40 is when I first looked at the clock and she was in there… ARGH) I’d like to get the package so I can bring it inside. And get it worked up before people get home. Apparently not going to happen at this point. ARGH. And I know as soon as we leave, UPS will come and do the infamous “Ditch and Run” they have taken to. (Just when did they stop asking for signatures… *SIGH*) GRRRR.
And my stamp club meeting is tomorrow. GRRRR I want my stamps for that!! Come on UPS!!
Ok, it is rainy, I am crabby, and nothing is working out right! I swear, it is a bloody conspiracy!
In other news, we haven’t seen the mailman since Thursday. We put stuff in the mailbox and it has been sitting there, flag up, ever since. I wonder if the mail will come today? Hope those bills aren’t important? Glad my friend’s package isn’t important. The Title for the motorcycle I don’t care about… haha… that jerk can wait… I have half a mind to keep it in my purse for a couple of weeks. ROFL. Gee when Sir Megabyte rang him and said “I need the mileage and your address to fill out the back of this title” he got a phone call back the same day. Glad he can make a return call for a free bike. Guess it is just when we want to get our property back that he refuses to call. GRRR. Yes I am still cranky over that.

UPS here still asks for signatures. That’s weird.

Wow, they haven’t asked for signatures in years
Not since like 1997 or something. Anywhere. Neither does FedEx. The worst thing I had was computer parts shipped to me via Fed Ex that was left on more doorstep in the Arizona summer!

Hm… Then what am I thinking of? I know that some sort of mail that we get asks for signatures? So what am I thinking of?

does it come registered mail from the post office? That does require a signature. You have to pay a lot of money for that and then you can go online and see when it arrived.
Real nice especially if it is important documents.

Maybe. I know if I’ve managed to get to the door for UPS then they’ll have me sign, but it i slike “Oh I guess you can sign this since you are here…”
