I spent the better part of today scouring the house for a missing cable. Finally found it. In the shadows. No wonder I couldn’t find it last night! HA! I also organized some stuff, watched a movie while doing all of this.. yay multitasking! Also Dad and I tried to work on another Farscape episode but it didn’t work out. We’re not sure why. He spent today setting up this gadget he picked up.

This gadget is cool. See my parents tv, it only has one set of plugs on the back. So we were having to rotate the tv and change out cords if we put the xbox down here. Change it out with the DVD player cord. And of course the vcr wasn’t able to be hooked up at all. Dad had kept that plugged into his computer. So, my dad picked up this gadget. It allows you to hook multiple things into it. Thus saving the hassle of unplugging and plugging and turning tvs and etc to change things out. Woohoo! (I’m sure the fluffy cat is happier since she likes to hide back there anyway.)

I swear, I’m not kidding, but the picture from the cable looks better through this as well. I’m not sure why… it is silly, but I swear it looks better. Probably because Dad just got everything in nice and tight. I don’t understand it but their cable is fine for a couple of weeks and then starts to get progressively crappy. Isn’t that weird? He can’t figure it out either.

My parents went to see National Treasure this afternoon. I want to see that! So I got to spend a quiet afternoon with myself. That was nice. Of course I spent it being useful! HEHE.

Tonight we went to the hardware store. We need to get a little shelf to put on top of our dresser, and we needed to pick up some screws for the keyboard stand. They are apparently in a box. Somewhere. With Caramon in piano lessons, the stand would be useful so he can practice a little easier. We spent an hour in there as Sir Megabyte fiddled around trying to find what was needed.

My parents took us to Golden Corral and it was great! Mmm, talk about a tasty dinner!

Now here’s the best part… It started this morning when I got to snuggle a lot with the two kids. That was so wonderful! They both snuggled with me! Yay! But after we got home… well Joram goes to play XBox with his father and Caramon is playing the keyboard by me. Apparently Joram decided he was going to get all comfortable. Yeah, no joke. So he’s all comfy leaned back just chillin while gamin… HEHE What a nut. I posted camera phone pictures to my moblog.

Oh and I totally loaded a ton of pictures to my website thus getting THAT all up to date. All the way through coming home on Sunday! And now my camera chip is cleared off and ready for whatever tomorrow may bring!
