OK, so I was up half the night helping mum figure out City of Heroes. She is trying out some free three week trial. Pretty neat! So I was running around helping her and her buddy out. I didn’t get in bed until like 2:30. Yikes! So then I’m up by 7 something and get us all fed and bathed and clothed and at VBS by 9. Whew! I then spun by a house I found for rent by a friend, and then went to another friend’s home. We proceeded to work on our parenting podcasts. We had two reviews we wanted to do as well as our weekly site podcast.
We’re new to the reviewing thing and so our reviews were like really long. We’ll need to try to shave that down some. I mean they were like half an hour. We reviewed a book, we’ll keep that review in the can for another time. We also reviewed Fantastic Four. WOOHOO. That’ll be going up this week. As for the PiPcast, I need to go through post production on that and post it hopefully tonight.
We’re having a ball podcasting. It’s so much fun!
Sunday I had to load SKYPE onto my laptop for a conferance call for Podcast Who, the Doctor Who podcast. How fun! That was a blast. It took us like forever to figure out Skype, but that’s OK. It was fun and we’re going to try to do that in the future. I really like the guy who does Podcast Who. That’s one of my favourite podcasts. Well last night Shawn from TextAmerica was asking for some volunteers as TextAmerica is about to start their very own podcast! So I guess the TA gurus wanted to interview some of us mobloggers. So I made a recording and sent it in as well as gave them my SKYPE name. Well this afternoon I SKYPEd with them and that was REAL cool! In my convo was Shawn and a guy from Holland who’s moblog I love! Totally cool! This thing is going live in just a couple of days I think! WOW!
Right now though, I’m trying to finish up my book. Then I’m giving it to my parenting in poverty website friend and she’s going to read it and then I think we’re going to review it!
Tonight I”m going over to visit with one of my old neighbours. She’s in town and house sitting so we’ll probably just sit outside and gab. 🙂
Oh and in other news… I need to blaze through Morevi. I now have the sixth Harry Potter book in Audio. WOOT.

And since it’s free, I really like it. What you REALLY want though is to get eyeball chat and a netcam. 🙂 Then you can SEE her. HAHA But Skype seems to do real well with having conferance calls. Let me know if you get it, I’ll muck around with it for you. I really am impressed with how well it works.
