Cloudier and icky today. But 60! However afternoon showers. So much for any chance of biking or star gazing. So now because Ohio sucks with the cloudiness all freaking week (have we seen the sun since I got back from VA???) I’ve missed Venus dancing with the moon and I’ve missed Mars fighting the moon for airspace. *SIGH* tonight does not appear promising either.

*WHINE* Not to mention, I kind of miss that big huge glowy ball. What does it look like again? I fear I have forgotten. I can’t believe we moved from Yuma where they have 360 days of sunshine to here where I swear in the last year and a half we’ve had 15 days of sunshine. *SIGH* I’m saturated and am ready for some SUNSHINE!!!

I hope it clears up so I can skywatch this weekend. I also hope that VA is not cloudy like here while I’m there!

But at least it is warming up! WOOHOO. I’m tired of cold and am ready for relaxing on my deck in my collapsable rocking chair and staring into the woods and at the creek and maybe getting some inspiration!! Wouldn’t that be lovely? The cool wind in my hair, basking in the warm glow of Sol. I can feel it now. I can close my eyes and feel myself in that chair slowly rocking back and forth and smelling the fresh air of spring. The light scent of various flowers blooming, ceder chips, and the always rich aroma of fresh mulch. I can even hear the lawn sprinklers and children cheerfully playing in the cul d sac. Someone approaches on the bike path with those noise makers on their bicycle tires. Clickity clackity click.

Ahhh spring. I cannot wait!

–edit, this got posted for last night, but i really made it at something like 9ish this morning. So I’ve now reset it to be at least a little more accurate… I think I finished it about 9:10/9:20
