This makes what, two in one week? Wow! Something like that at any rate. I’m not sure what is going on but that is interesting.

This one was definately interesting because it involved my oldest and dearest friend. I’m sure she’s at work reading this entry slapping herself on the forehead. So just as a disclaimer, girl I promise you I do think this dream was solely the fault of watching Ella Enchanted last night and the Prince and Me twice the week before.

In this dream I met Prince Charming (odd since I kinda thought I was married to him) and it is kind of blurry but suddenly there I was, introducing him to my oldest and dearest friend. The next thing I knew, they were married and I was like “Woooooaaaaah…..” But also in the uncomfortable spot that I had come over with her and wasn’t sure just what to do… should I leave? Should I stay and wait? So there I am chatting it up with the Prince’s manservent type guy and we were talking about the Prince’s cats. No idea where the cats fit into anything. Maybe mum’s cat was yowling for lack of love at the wee hours of the morning and it translated into my dream? Who knows… So finally something happens and the two come and they ask if I’ll take a bunch of pictures for them so I do.

Anyway, I think I’ve watched too many rags to riches, meet the prince and fall in love type movies lately. It probably also doesn’t help that I have been thinking about Princess Diaries and trying to fit in running out and seeing PD 2, where she tries to find someone to marry, as well. (Which coincidentally the princess in that movie is also Ella in Ella Enchanted, Anne Hathaway. I love Anne Hathaway!)

At any rate, I really loved Ella Enchanted. Talk about an interesting look at Cinderella!! Lots of fun, lots of play on fairy tales, and Carey Elwes ROCKED as the evil Uncle King. Cary Elwes is just awesome! The story definately had better lessons learned than those in the classic Grimm Cinderella. (BTW I loved how everyone was like “Dang those Grimms!” ROFL) A truly inspiring tale that you can conquer anything, love can prevail, a person is free to do whatever they want, trying to force someone to do something is never good, and about a thousand other things.
