I’ve been going through the track program listings for DragonCon trying to figure out how to squeeze in what I want to do with what is already listed. It’s gonna be tight between British, Weyrfest, Buffy, and Trek. And I’ve got down the livejournal panel that’s gonna be there…
I’m royally ticked though. Awesome My Hero panel… and it’s on Friday way too early. We won’t be anywhere near there. That royaly sucks. 😦 Well anyway, I’ve got my list of “I want to go to” already. As I build it I will then later have to organize it and figure out how to squeeze in this and that and the other!!
Of course thrown into the mix is going to be trying to figure out the whole meeting of the different people I want to meet and get autographs from! (Which by the way is NOT on up yet!!) Now what to take so I don’t fall asleep so I can squeeze everything in? HAHA
Too bad I don’t have my formal dress, it is in storage somewhere… I could go to the Buffy Prom… bwahahahaha. Speaking of which… we are watching Prom right now… HAHA Mum didn’t remember this one so I was all like “Let’s go to DVD!” Gosh I love having the DVDs.
Oh yeah and not only are we gonna miss the farking My Hero thing, also gonna miss the Buffy Horror Picture Show. :< It is also on Friday. We MIGHT make it there by then but we won't have badges. GRRRRR. I'll be up at dawn on Saturday to go stand in line…

Not to get your hopes up, but sometimes you can slip into late night events without a badge – since you had no way to get it. It depends how tight they check security. If you have a printed pre-reg form you might be able to show that to whoever tries to stop you and give him the sad girl story on how you couldn’t make it in time to get a badget that night but you really, really want to see Buffy stuff. 🙂

You can go check out what they are doing. Go to http://www.dragoncon.org and look at the events. Look for the Buffy Track and from there follow the link to see their schedule.
We should swing by and pick you up… bwahahaha… “Mum, I’m going to Atlanta with a LJ friend!! TTFN!” Think your parents would go for it? LOL

I could have gotten away with that at Balticon just because I always worked it and everyone knew me… but I’m leery at something as large as Dragon Con and never having been there before.
The problem is it is going to take us between 10 and 12 hours to get there. My husband doesn’t want to take the day off of work so he’s going to try to go and work half a day. So we won’t get out of here until like 1 or later. Especially with the Buffy Horror Picture Show, that starts at like 11:30. I doubt we’ll be there then. I bet we get in at like 1 or 2 AM. 😦
