So last night was the way groovy total eclipse of the moon. Of course since I live in Ohio this meant I had to dig through layers of clouds to see the frelling moon. Darned Ohio and the constant cloud coverage. I tried to take digital pictures but of course I couldn’t see the moon very well so that bombed. 😦 Oh well.

I finally pulled out my telescope and set up in the middle of the street and was able to see the eclipse rather well that way. It was so cool. I love that kind of stuff. I didn’t get to see the cool red/orange effect though. 😦

The next eclipse is in November and around 8pm so maybe the kids will be able to watch it some if it is dark enough. Let’s hope! They will totally love love love that! They like all that space stuff too. They love looking through the telescope!

Gosh I’ve been so busy with that. I haven’t even posted about my birthday this past Sunday!
